Four reasons partners sign up

Revenue that compounds.

Around £17,600 per referred firm across two years on a mid-tier subscription, paid quarterly on revenue we have collected. Larger clients earn you more.

A service your clients are already asking for.

Every agency leader is being asked how to use AI properly. Most are guessing. This is a real answer with a real implementation.

Retention you can point to.

Kaizan flags revenue risk before renewal. Your clients keep more of their accounts, and clients who grow stay with you longer.

A reason to be in the room again.

Introducing Kaizan puts you back in a strategic conversation about how they run their business, not just the work you deliver.

Heard this from your clients?

What Kaizan does about it

The client relationship lives across forty conversations a quarter and nobody has time to read them all.

Kaizan reads every one of them and turns them into a single view of where the account actually stands.

An account goes quiet for ninety days and nobody notices until the renewal conversation.

Kaizan tracks engagement across every contact and flags the drop the month it starts, not at renewal.

When an account director leaves, the account history leaves with them.

Kaizan holds the institutional memory for the account, so the history stays when the person doesn’t.

A services firm you introduce runs a three-month pilot, then signs for twelve months at £6,000 a month, then renews. You earn that across the two years.

How it works.

1

We do a kickoff call.

We check the fit, both the client type and the product match.

2

We sign the agreement.

A contract sets out the terms before anyone is introduced.

3

You make the introduction.

Written or in person, whichever fits the relationship.

4

You get paid.

Statement and payment every quarter, for two years.

A good introduction looks like this.

A marketing, media, technology or professional services firm
5 or more client relationships they care about keeping
A Chief Client Officer, SVP Client Services, Head of Client Success or COO
Roughly 50 to 1,000 people

We ask one thing.

Tell the company you have a financial interest before you make the introduction. One sentence is enough. Everything else is in the Referral Partner Agreement, sent before you register anything.

Book a call.

A short call with the partner team. We will walk through the program, check the fit, and answer any questions before you introduce anyone.

Registered introductions are protected for twelve months.

Questions.

What if they are already talking to you?

We tell you within five business days if they are already an active opportunity, were in our pipeline in the last ninety days, or are an existing or former client. Nothing is awkward because you checked before you made the introduction.

What if two of us register the same company?

The first registration we accept governs. Whoever registers the company first keeps the introduction.

What if they do not sign within twelve months?

The registration lapses. You are free to submit it again, and we treat it as a new introduction.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. You make the introduction, we run the process. Join the first call if you want to, and skip it if you would rather not.

When exactly do I get paid?

Quarterly, on revenue we have actually collected, with a statement showing the calculation. Pilot fees are paid within 30 days of the pilot ending.

What if I stop being a partner?

You still get paid on everyone who has already signed, and on registered introductions that sign inside their twelve-month protection window.

Do I need to be a US company?

No. Non-US partners complete a Form W-8 instead of a W-9. Fees are paid in US dollars either way.
