Automated AI CS Agents

One area we’re particularly excited to explore in 2025 is using AI to transform how we handle customer interactions; completely automated AI customer service could be huge.

They could save significant time, reduce operational costs, and help smaller agencies like us scale at even quicker rates without sacrificing any of our quality. They could elevate client experiences by offering faster, more consistent communication and data-driven insights. This means happier clients, better results, and ultimately, stronger relationships.

Picture an AI agent that remembers a client’s previous interactions, anticipates their needs, and resolves queries efficiently – whether that’s over email, chat, or even voice. AI could handle the repetitive, time-consuming tasks, which would further allow our team to focus on tasks which require creativity, intuition, and emotional intelligence.

It’ll be interesting to see what strides the AI agents can take in terms of personality.

More Scaled Personalisation in Marketing

At Gifta, we want to explore how AI can help us go even further with personalisation at scale. This isn’t just swapping out a name in an email subject line; it’s AI-powered storytelling that understands the unique needs and desires of every customer and client.

We’d like to recommend what someone needs before they know they need it, and build connections that feel tailored to individual needs.

I’d love to see how AI can help us accelerate hyper-personalised marketing on an efficient, reproducible, and scalable level. The idea that we can use this technology to connect deeply with more people, without spreading ourselves thin, is inspiring.

Enhanced Reporting + Insights

The idea of AI helping us enhance our reporting and insights, while also doing it faster is really exciting. Anything that helps us uncover new opportunities to drive better performance for our clients is always a win.

We’d like to explore how AI can help us see trends and patterns as they emerge in real-time. AI’s pattern detection could spot these trends earlier so we can proactively use them to improve the services we provide to our clients. This would give us a real competitive edge.

We know we’re only scratching the surface of what’s possible currently. Seeing AI as a partner in our decision-making is a vision worth chasing. But it’s not just about working faster, it’s about working smarter too.

We can’t wait to see how AI will unlock new ways for us to succeed.
